Few competing dealers from nearby areas said they would put their best price forward right away so we could skip all of the back and forth that we did not have time or patience for. However guess what, they failed again! Yes again as this is the 3rd Lexus purchased at Lexus of Orlando in the last two years. Their best price was a sucker price, and even though they said they would "sharpen their pencils" and went back and offered a better price, they had already lost our trust. As always, Jorge and Fed were amazing and skipped all the useless back and forth and got us a great deal on our car right away. I truly felt heard and supported by these fine sales people. Never did I feel any pressure. It was more like working with friends. Car buying can be very stressful, but our experience was fantastic! Called Jorge and Fred…told them my needs and expectations and then, few hours deal closed! And I can guarantee, LOWEST PRICE in the area. In other dealers were asking $3,000 or even $5,000 for same vehicle and more mileage.
