Fabulous! I met Dominic over 6 years ago when I had an unusual problem with my ES 330. It had to be towed in! Although it was late on a Friday, Dominic was there to meet me and had a loaner for me. That was just the beginning of the wonderful relationship I have had with Dominic..... Had my car in today for routine service and as always, was so impressed with Dominic....He always spends time explaining all the details for the current needs as well as projecting the future service needs. I know he is busy, but I feel like I am his only customer and have his undivided attention. I know I could get my car serviced closer to my home but I continue to bring my car to Lexus of Orlando.....Dominic is a big part of that.....I always feel confident because of his knowledge, honesty and ability to communicate effectively. Quality service is elusive these days......Dominic is a star! More

SCAM ALERT After researching for about a month and looking at 2015 low mileage models for my 19 year old college student, we were ready to buy a Lexus from this After researching for about a month and looking at 2015 low mileage models for my 19 year old college student, we were ready to buy a Lexus from this dealership. They not only wouldn't take money from out of state?? but the sales people didn't call back and gave multiple excuses for why they couldn't close the deal. WE WERE READY TO PAY IN FULL. When they finally did call back to finance so that they could benefit from the interest, they wasted all day on Friday of July 4th weekend having us fill out paperwork, confirmed the sale, and then called an hour later to say, "whoops, the car is already sold to someone who walked in at the same time to purchase." It only went downhill from there. Quotes from their "public relations" person, Rachel Webb- "We won't be considering that" (in response to my ideas to make up to us the multiple mistakes) "It is unfortunate for everyone" (speaking of the salesman who filled out paperwork- crazy) "You won't be able to find the owner- he is protected from dealing with customers." on and on....insulting tone and attitude on top of the multiple mistakes. This is a scam to draw in multiple buyers and try to sell other vehicles. BEWARE. More
