When I pulled into the service garage, i was a few minutes early and was a witness to a young woman singing and dancing with music in the background. She was one of the greeters in the service line. She made me want to join her but with my voice, I would have changed the mood so I just watched, listened and enjoyed while waiting for William T. to great me and handle my car. He was gracious, knowledgeable and ready for what i needed. He stated it would be approximately 2 hours and in just over 1.5 hours, my car was ready. I enjoyed the coffee, reading the paper and doing a handful of emails. My prior car was a Range Rover and your service and quality compare favorable for a much better price point. I now own 2 Lexus automobiles and I just bought my daughter a just off lease RX 350 in San Francisco that she loves. Dont think I will ever buy another make of automobile. More

Air Conditioner Repair I have been fortunate in my dealings with Lexus of Orlando, as every service writer I have dealt with has always taken great care of me and my vehicle I have been fortunate in my dealings with Lexus of Orlando, as every service writer I have dealt with has always taken great care of me and my vehicle. Such was again the case when my air conditioner started to make strange noises last week. This time I dealt with Caitlin Pope, who took exceptional care of my needs. One of the air conditioner servo's was the issue and the technician replaced it. The next day the noise was back. This time, Caitlin arranged to have the car picked up from my place of work and a loaner left for me to drive. As it turns out, there are 4 servo's for these cars air conditioners. In this case, it was another servo that had now started to make noise. The car is a 2003 and rather than take any chances, I had all the servo's replaced. The parts had to be ordered, which wasn't a problem as I had the loaner car. Even so, the job was done the next day. Caitlin kept me informed all through the process and when the car was done, she had it delivered to my place of employment and they picked up the loaner. The process couldn't have been easier. With service like this, I will continue to use Lexus of Orlando and Caitlin as my service writer. Thank you Caitlin ! More
