My A/C would work efficiently after they changed the filters. After 2-3 weeks dealing with the intense I decided to take the car to the Lexus of Orlando dealership. The mechanics diagnosed the problem right away and informed me the time it would take to repair and furnished me with a courtesy vehicle. I am very pleased with the repairs. My AC is running at peak efficiency thanks to Victor and his crew. Thanks for job well done. I don't mind paying for excellent work. Sincerely, Burke L. Distance deal in writing, bait and switch I’m a recent grad from UF then moved to Jacksonville for work but typically buy our cars in South FL where my family lives. I saw an RC350 color comb I’m a recent grad from UF then moved to Jacksonville for work but typically buy our cars in South FL where my family lives. I saw an RC350 color combination at Lexus of Orlando that I really liked. Had a great deal on similar RC at South FL dealers that Sales Manager Chanlin at Lexus of Orlando agreed to match (in writing) if I would drive down the next morning. Left wife, baby and drove 2 hours. Arrived in Orlando to meet Chanlin in person, said deal was not possible because he calculated based on a RC200T instead of RC350 even though written deal is for an RC350. Deal for $448 per month including tax would now require $529 but he would settle for $479. I said how disappointed I was, our family has leased over 40 Lexus's in FL in last 26 years, never been deceived like this before. Offered to pay his amount but after discussing with his manager (don't know his/her name), came back and said "We cannot do business today" because if I am unhappy, it will reflect in their “surveys” and that is "bad business." The conversation was so awkward my well intentioned sales rep left, and when it was clear Sales Manager Chanlin and his manager did not want to sell me this car, I drove back to Jacksonville. I notified Lexus Customer Service who ensured me this is not what they expect from dealerships of their name and will be investigating this week. I am a long time Lexus fan, typically rave about the brand and service, have been loyal for many years but unfortunately cannot recommend the management at this dealership. More

Then Maiko took over the technology overview and the test drive itself. Overall after 30 min on the phone / email with Tia and an hour at the dealership total, I had everything that I needed to make a decision.
