Super Lexus Service Wayne, Jose and Tracey are to be commended for their respective technical and customer service skills. The staff at Lexus Of Orlando truly work as a Wayne, Jose and Tracey are to be commended for their respective technical and customer service skills. The staff at Lexus Of Orlando truly work as a team. As busy as this dealership is they take time to make sure you get VIP treatment in each and every regard. Wayne personally escorted my wife and I to the luxurious customer lounge while Jose promptly tended to the service of my RX350 He left a thank you note and said it was a pleasure to work on my car- WOW. The spacious customer lounge consists of several separate seating areas, massage chairs, a closed off child play area, a business center as well a well stocked refreshment and lunch bar. The progress of my service was updated via email to my phone. The original service time was promised not longer than 2 hours and that was a promised kept. The spa atmosphere of the lounge made the waiting time go by very quickly. Wayne then came to the lounge and reviewed the services performed. A hand shake and a thank you from Wayne and we were on our way. A subsequent follow up call from Miss Maynard as a quality control follow up was also very much appreciated. She wanted to make certain I was completely satisfied with my experience at Lexus Of Orlando.. These people really care and go the extra mile for their clients. It is noticed, now published and very much appreciated. More

Lexus painted the hood, but during that service the door of the driver side was damaged with something that looks like an over spray. Service took care of the car for second time to fix it. When I pick up the car there still some spots on the guard door that nobody noticed. They offer me to leave the car at service and come back or work with this in the 5k service. After being back and forward within two weeks with the service department with a brand new car, this was overwhelmed. I trade my previous 350 ES from 2011, after more than 5 years of services and I have to say that this was the best car and during that time I have received the best service at Lexus of Orlando. For this reason I dicided to trade the 2011 for a 2016. But my current service experience has been different. Hope that improve. More

I was able to find the car I wanted right there at the dealership on the day we showed up. The exchange process was seamless; we dropped off our old Lexus and picked up the new one. Jorge was awesome. He even paired my phone with my car. He encouraged us to stay fed and hydrated : ) In 3 years, I'll be back at Lexus of Orlando for my next lease, and we will be looking for Jorge!
