We had Kat Bailey last time and she set the standard for Product Specialists. Travis went above that. He made, what we consider a necessary evil--buying a new car, into ALMOST a pleasant experience. Everette was also very good. Raymond was our nemesis and Gordon was---well Gordon. Another reason for Travis's high grades is he is still helping us. We don't think Raymond and/or Gordon couldn't pick up us out in a line up if their next sale depended upon it. More

I brought my vehicle into the dealership to diagnosis a open door switch indicator and complete a full detail. The dealership disregarded my written instructions not to perform the voluntary warranty repair and left the vehicle tan leather dirty and stained after the unauthorized repair. I gave the dealership a chance to clean the vehicle again and they return the vehicle without cleaning the car after I paid for the Presidential Detail to be completed for a cost of $225.00, they did the unauthorized repair on the interior of the car, left dirt stains all over the leather and did not clean the interior after the repair. Awful experience. Do yourself a favor go to Toyota. I now have to pay another company to complete a full interior detail and attempt to save the leather. The one positive item was the loaner program and valet service, however if the service department cheats customers and does not complete the paid for repairs the valet loaner car program is useless. More

Sixty Thousand mile checkup Caitlin was a wonderful Service Agent and was on top of my service all during the day. She kept me in touch with where my car was hour by hour and co Caitlin was a wonderful Service Agent and was on top of my service all during the day. She kept me in touch with where my car was hour by hour and contacted me when she was advised that I needed new tires. I was most impressed that she took photos of my old tires and sent pictures to my email. My husband was thrilled about that so he could see where the wear was. I will definitely ask for Caitlin on my next visit to Winter Park Lexis. She went beyond my expectations in caring for my car and for me! More

Consistenly Excellent Sales & Service How many readers of this review can rave about their satisfaction with a car dealership? Not many I suspect. Well after a most disappointing experienc How many readers of this review can rave about their satisfaction with a car dealership? Not many I suspect. Well after a most disappointing experience with a top-of-the-line competitor vehicle and poor dealer service, we switched to Lexus a few years ago. We have now purchased four new vehicles from Lexus of Orlando. Our most recent experience took place last evening when my wife and I drove happily away from the dealership in our new 2016 RX. Our sales experience actually got underway when I initially spoke with salesperson Charles Ream via telephone. Mr. Ream appeared quite knowledgeable and spent a good deal of time providing me with information and emails regarding inventory on hand. His input was most helpful and it became obvious that this dealership most likely had the SUV that we were most interested in. Shortly after that conversation, my wife and I drove 70 miles to the dealership to see one particular vehicle that Charles Ream had discussed and emailed information. Upon arrival we went for a test drive and along-the-way, we learned about a number of the SUV’s latest features. Yes, we were impressed! So much so, that we purchased the vehicle after a polite and fair negotiation with newly promoted sales manager, Sean Mullins. Yes, while these "players" were unfamiliar to us, perhaps one of the very best complements we can say about this dealership is that over the years we have found their staff from the Customer Service Director to Sales and Service to always be truly consistent and most caring. Even after the sale was closed, Charles Ream spent a good amount of time thoroughly going through those options that we were least familiar. Oh yes, as dinner time had passed while we waited for finalization of the sale and vehicle prepping, Mr. Ream went out and bought us a nice pizza to eat while we waited. Those little things make a very nice touch, especially considering it was getting late and we still had a long drive home in our new RX. Prior to us leaving, Charles Ream also gave us his cell phone number...just in case we had questions later. Dealers can flood the airwaves and media with their claims of great prices and service. However, if you are looking for an extremely dependable vehicle, and positive consistency in both sales and services, the Lexus of Orlando dealership has it all together with their highly professional and winning team!
