Waste of time This dealer is a pain in the A**! I hate this dealer since I purchased my first brand new Lexus! I bought my second Lexus at Melbourne because of the This dealer is a pain in the A**! I hate this dealer since I purchased my first brand new Lexus! I bought my second Lexus at Melbourne because of the bad experience with my first here in Lexus of Orlando. I go there only when I don't have time for service of my vehicle because it's closer to where I am but ever time I go there, they forget to reset the maintenance reminder and recently, they wasted my time. I had an appointment first thing in the morning Monday. And on my way there, I received a voicemail from Lexus of Orlando saying that my appointment was cancelled and they don't have a spot for me for just an oil change. I called them and said I have an email confirmation that I have an appointment and I'm already on my way almost half of my way like 30mins already but their only reply is sorry we are fully booked. I will never bring our vehicle their anymore and not waste our time! Always bad service anyway! More

My wife and I went in to the Lexus dealership to just see what was available, we had been talking about possibly trading in her old '07 Lexus IS250. We spoke to Brian Hendricks and Chanlin Sok who were both very knowledgeable, polite and made us feel right at home. We were able to work out a deal with Chanlin that we were pleased with. He worked with us to get a payment that was in our budget and we left with an L-Certified 2014 IS250. Brian made sure we knew the car inside and out before we left the dealership. We felt like we were very well taken care of through the entire buying process. We've used their service department in the past, but this was our first buying experience with Lexus of Orlando and we will definitely recommend them to others. More
