My experience at Lexus of Orlando was superb. The facility was clean, modern and accommodating. The people were gracious and very helpful. Surprisingly the prices for service on my 2005 Lexus RX330 facility was clean, modern and accommodating. The people were gracious and very helpful. Never felt pressured to approve work that I didn't feel was necessary. Loved the fact that my loaner was an actual Lexus. The Lexus logo on the free bottles of water was also quite impressive. They really know how to keep you hooked on the Lexus brand :) I am originally from Toronto and I must say that my experience at Lexus of Orlando far surpasses what I had become accustomed to at the various Lexus dealerships back home. I will be certain to come back for any future service that "Baby Girl" may require. I can say without any reservation that this has been the best experience I have ever had with any car dealer. Mike was my first contact and he knew all the ins and out of the car. Actually, we told them we wouuld pay in full within a week and that took care of the finance. We now have the car and not one dime has been passed from us to the dealer. Talk about trust, this is the ultimate for a dealer to allow a vehicle, which cost as much as a Lexus, to out the door without any downpayment. Purchased 2010 GS350,it was a great car buying experience from the time we walked in the door until we drove off with our new lexus. Our last Lexus was purchased from JM Lexus and overall wasn't bad but didn from the time we walked in the door until we drove off with our new lexus. It was almost like we had checked into a resort with the pampering and attention to detail that Lee provided not only to myself but my wife and son also. I dealt with the online sales represenative for over a week before I actually was able to see the vehicle, she was pleasant and gave me daily updates on the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by the Manager who brought my wife and I to the vehicle we were intrested in. We were then introduced to James who showed us the features of the vehicle and allowed us to take the vehicle for a test ride. When we came back the Manager had an offer letter ready I negotiated a change and he gladly accepted it and went to reprint the paperwork. The Finance Associate was pleasant and helped us get to a point that we were comfortable and offered a very fair warranty. The dealership offered multiple follow ups and emails. They even offered to bring me a tire jack and wrench which we found was missing when we purchased the vehicle. We will gladly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
