This is the second LS 460 I have purchased from Lexus of Orlando. I have driven a Lexus since 1992 and would rather fight than switch. Wayne Kerr has been my service consultant about 5 years and I am always treated with the upmost courtesy and his main objective is to make me a happy Lexus customer. Lexus of Orlando is lucky to have Wayne. James Mooney my salesman and Ryan Olsen the Sales Manager could not have been nicer and accommodating. They arranged all the paperwork, transferred my plates and I did not have to do a thing. They even delivered the car to me! Again, Lexus of Orlando can be proud of the representation that James and Ryan has provided. Another important factor is the pleasant waiting lounge. I just recently Purchased a Lexus IS350 and I love it! and To go with that I love the service I have recieved since owing this Car! Ive always had my negative feeling towards going to the Dealer to have things fixed om past cars but This time my feelings are great towards the Dealer! I have gotten things fixed under warranty and the staff (Kevin) was very nice and very upfront!! He also know what hes talking about! He know my car inside and out and I like that! I tell all my family and friends about Lexus and they too have switched and Love it! Thank you and if you have a lexus I strongly recommend that you take it to your dealer they are far beyond the average Car dealer!!! More

Lee Weaver is the most professional representative I have ever dealt with at any dealership. He is above average. I would say he is exceptional. We purchased a 2007 DTS Cadillac from Lexus of Orlando on 3/15/11. My father does not have credit so the dealership was unable to take our personal check. Lee drove us to the nearest bank in a new Lexus and demonstrated all of the amenities and features on the car. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the Lexus product and would recommend anyone in the market for a Lexus to drive to Orlando. When we stated that we were in a hurry because we needed to get to St. Augustine for lunch, he quickly provided snacks from the service area (which were delicious). I was given an excellent, no hassle, discounted price quote over the internet. I was satisfied with the price on my 2011 ES and even happier when I went to settle up and was told I was eligible for anot quote over the internet. All staff we came in contact with were very polite and attentive to our needs. Lee spent a lot of time with us going over the features of the ES and demonstrating the navigation system. He invited us to call him anytime if we need help with our new car. Also, I have always had a good experience in the service department with my 2004 RX. More
My 1st, WORST,& LAST experience at Lexus Orlando; definitely will NEVER return! I drove 7hrs to visit this location b/c of the great reviews I read about their service online (closest Lexus to me is definitely will NEVER return! I came in because of the safety recall notice Lexus had on the IS 250. C.J was my service adviser & was not very informative! When I got to his office, he pretty much said to sign here, here & here, then let's go get your courtesy car. There was not a long explanation on the paperwork, so I signed it assuming it was typical safety recall notice info. But little did I know it was much more. When I returned, I ended up getting all these services I didn't need (i.e. oil change, new wipers, air filter, brake fluid, tires rotated, brake inspection & the worst was 2 dents removed that were pretty much whispered to me) & more! I ended up paying over $500 even after speaking w/ the manager b/c of course they said the service had already been performed & that I signed the paperwork! The paperwork did not have all of that info listed! I didn't drive 7hrs to get all that work done when I just got most of it at my local Toyota dealer. I came to Lexus to get a checkup on safety recall. The bill originally was almost $800 but b/c of "GOODWILL and gesture" the service manager took off the dent removal service b/c C.J. admitted he didn't state that clearly to me. I definitely feel like I was taken advantage of as a woman & had zero basis to fight my claim due to the fact that I LIVE 7 HOURS AWAY & had to leave to next day to get home. Will I return? = never Will I recommend this dealership to anyone?= not in a million years The main reason I would never recommend this dealership is because they didn't inform exactly what work was going to be done to my car. I never received a signed itemized bill prior to agreeing to service. They basically said "you signed it", "the work's been performed & you have to pay for it" If I would have seen the itemized bill I received after the work was done BEFORE they performed the services, I definitely would've said NO b/c I just got maintenance work done last month! I BASICALLY PAID $500 for an oil change I did not even need. More

I traded in a buik for a used Jaguar, the associates treated me fair with my trade in, and with the price of the Jaguar. The transaction took less that 2 hours, and all the while they went out of their way to make us fell comfortable, offering us water bottles, coffee, and hot chocolate, after the deal was over the associate named Chanlin Sok even helped me in removing my E pass from the old car and installing it in the new one. I like Dealers like this they didn't go back an forth wasting my time :) More
A pleasure from start to finish...we were welcomed immediately by a very engaging Steve (Product Specialist) and Jacqueline (Internet Sales)and shown the RX450h. Steve explained the model updates from our 2008 RX400h, we test drove it, considered interior options while our Lexus was evaluated for trade-in, then received a written deal. When we agreed to the sale the process went into overdrive to make sure we were comfortable while we waited a few minutes for the financing paperwork and preparation of the new vehicle. Another wonderful professional, Carlos (whom we had worked with 3 years ago) went through all the financing and title paperwork. With a stack of signed documents completed we were taken to the new RX450h and Steve took us through an in-depth orientation to include linking our cell phones, downloading address books, setting satellite radio stations, and detailed instructions on the garage door opener setting (perfect, by the way),etc. Since we had traded in a RX400h we were pretty familiar with most of the vehicle particulars, but Steve made sure we were absolutely comfortable with each and every thing we had a question about. I bore friends all the time gushing about the great Lexus Service department and have worked with Lyndon Walsh, a wonderful Service Consultant. I have taken the time to advise the local BMW dealership to take a minute and visit Lexus of Orlando to see how it should be done. What else can I say? A sales experience that was exceptional and outstanding in every way from greeting to send off, to include follow up. Other manufacturers and dealerships ought to visit to learn. More
