Everything from start to finish was absolutely first rate! I have very high standards and I could not have been more pleased with the personal attention and the QUALITY of service I received on my Lexu rate! I have very high standards and I could not have been more pleased with the personal attention and the QUALITY of service I received on my Lexus GS 350. They do everything perfect. My car was accidently sprayed with white paint in a hotel parking lot and they treated me like I was the only customer they had. Paint was removed (something another detail shop could not do) Very well done Dominic and the team. Thank you. More

James Mooney claimed that the Lexus college rebate was not applicable to the IS250 which was why he couldn't do the deal he agreed to the day before. Stated that the'fine print' said it didn't cover this not applicable to the IS250 which was why he couldn't do the deal he agreed to the day before. Stated that the'fine print' said it didn't cover this car. Therefore, after offering a $ 250 price reduction, net price would be $ 750.00 more. Said he checked with 'finance manager' who agreed with him. Had to email offer Lexus web page which clearly stated that the IS 250 was covred. Obviously a lie to net more money on the deal. Juan Balderas, Finance totally inept. Ran a debit as a credit. Did not know how to do a wire transfer without getting help and was improperly trained. Promised overnight package would go out that day at 1:30pm in the afternoon which didn't. Supposed to mark package 'leave at front foor' but forgot. Carlos Curet, trying to cover for Juan Balderas, was rude and abrasive. Had no business talking to customer the way he did. Jim McKay decided to go to lunch instead of waiting while I ran around Orlando to get a wire transfer done. Needed to coordinate shipping the car out of state. However, he was 'hungry' even though he knew I was coming back with the wire transfer information. More
