I've bought many cars in the past from many dealerships, and here at Lexus of Wesley Chapel, they truly, well Charles, makes you feel like family. He goes above and beyond in literally all aspects of the car buying experience, paperwork experience (which everyone hates) and the congratulatory experience at the end of your journey before driving off the lot. I won't be shopping anywhere else. Matter of fact I've now bought 2 cars from Charles all under 30 months time, and 2 for a family member. I can't speak for the rest of the sales men and women but this dealership and Charles goes above and beyond your expectations! Definitely recommend them. More
The sales part is fine. But the service area doesn't follow instructions from the customer with regard to car washes. I have been going on every Saturday morning for months. Take my car through the car wash. Do not stop at the drying bay. Bring it right back soaking wet. I like to dry it myself. I also tell them not to touch any controls. Many times they stop at the bay after I told them not to.. Many times they mess with my controls. The workers in the bay are on their phones instead of working promptly, while leaving car engines on. Gas is expensive. They should change car wash policies and allow customers to drive their own cars through the car wash. More
I trust the service department and am totally impressed with their honesty and integrity- great job. Lexus does not Upsell their service- I trust them completely. Growing up I was always under the impression to avoid dealer service because it was too expensive and they will always find something wrong - well, that myth is not true about Lexus of Wesley chapel. They are honest, dependable and have good prices on their service fees. Totally recommend them ! More
I had an appointment for a minor service & got a multi point inspection with the service. This inspection recommended $3,300 in repairs that were unnecessary. I’m a 84 yo widow that had my 2016 RX350 towed to this dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They dealership for repairs. I was told it would be over $7500 for repairs. I had the car removed to a Toyota deal ship and the repairs were $230.00. They said the car wasn’t drivable….it was backed off the tow truck and driven to the parking lot at the Toyota dealership. The car has now been driven over 250 miles and is running fine. I find this appalling and had I not had a good support system, and good advice..ie…get that car out of there, I would have had to pay . How many other widows have had this experience. Shameful! More
