Our experience with Mary and entire team exceeded our expectations and quite honestly has left a lasting impression on our family. Mary is approachable, professional, knowledgeable and genuine. She truly set out to help me figure out which car to select based on what my lifestyle needs are and what would make me happy. She was clear and honest up front which I respect and love. She knows her inventory and the details of the cars. If there is something she didn’t know, she would find the answer versus other dealerships we had experienced where they would try to make it up just to make the sale. Every team member that would walk past us at multiple points of our visit would each stop to say hello to us and our young children. The GM, David popped over with little teddy bears for each of our children and Franceoa offered cookies to our children and went out of his way to wish our daughter happy 7th birthday both while passing by and again before leaving his shift for the day. Mary gave my son one of her own personal rubber duckies that she has on her desk just because it was such a long day for us and she wanted to cheer him up as well as got them snacks. Carlos and Mary went out of their way to get us the right numbers to get into the car we wanted! No games, just honest communication and a genuine desire to make it happen for us! Thank you! We absolutely appreciated the kindness and professionalism from David who we signed paperwork with. In past at other dealerships we have been treated differently for not opting into add-on purchases. David is authentic in his character, treated us with same care and appreciation when we declined the add-ons and was very knowledgeable about services offered. He is a class act. Mary and team arranged a super surprise for us at the end where entire team put a big red bow on our new car and circled around to applause and congratulate us on new purchase! This was a total surprise and was so meaningful especially because the car was a gift to me from my husband for our 10 year Anniversary! This team did not have to show so much detail and appreciation and yet they did. It was all so organic and authentic. You really get a great sense of team synergy and positive vibes with how they work and engage with each other as a team. It’s just a culture and mindset not easy to find in other places.
