We were in the market for a 2024 RX350 Luxury. Went to Lexus of Orlando and they were not willing to negotiate price to my goal. I called Lexus of Wesley Chapel and spoke with Karina Silva and s Went to Lexus of Orlando and they were not willing to negotiate price to my goal. I called Lexus of Wesley Chapel and spoke with Karina Silva and she worked with me to arrive at an out the door price that was very close to my target price. We agreed and picked up the car on July 5. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I highly recommend Karina if you want to get straight to an OTD price without all the xx that normally goes with new car purchases. Travis handled the financial aspects of the deal. Quick and easy, no xx. The hardest part was getting the money wired from my bank that took about an hour for me to get the confirmation the money was on the way. Overall a 5 star experience from the initial phone call to driving off the lot in my new RX. Lexus of Wesley Chapel will have all my service business even through they are over an hour away! More
