Tiffany was outstanding. My husband and I are both seniors and she showed extreme patience and professionalism. I found Tiffany pleasant and easy to understand what she was teaching; and I sensed she really wanted us to leave knowing the navigation system. After her time with us ended we left having a good overview of the system. We had an additional question a few days later and my husband called and asked if he could stop by for a few minutes and despite being busy she took the time to meet with him and helped him with an additional phone connection. Whoever does the hiring should be commended because I would highly recommend the 3 staff we dealt with, Claudia, Alex and Tiffany. Lexus does not Upsell their service- I trust them completely. Growing up I was always under the impression to avoid dealer service because it was too expensive and they will always find something wrong - well, that myth is not true about Lexus of Wesley chapel.
