In for service an hour early at 11 am. Told to wait in seating area and a service tech would be with me in a few minutes. At 2 pm, still waiting for service tech. and my loaner. Car in for Told to wait in seating area and a service tech would be with me in a few minutes. At 2 pm, still waiting for service tech. and my loaner. Car in for mud flap install and paint touch up.. Finally a person noticed that I was waiting and asked me what I was there for. Explained, and had loaner 30 minutes later. End result, paint touch up was worse than not having it done at all, and mudflaps have screw sticking out. Not a good way to treat a new customer on their first service visit. More
