I went in on Saturday 12/21 for regular Maintenance. My service consultant was Veron Liburd, I called him a couple of hours after I picked up my car with a question about the service, I left him a mess My service consultant was Veron Liburd, I called him a couple of hours after I picked up my car with a question about the service, I left him a message and got no call back. I called again on Monday 12/23 spoke to another consultant that assured me that he will relate the message to Veron. Still no call back. Called back on Tuesday 12/24 spoke to a second consultant who told me that Veron apologized and will call me back. Still no call back. Called today 12/27 asked for the service manager and was told that he was busy and will call me back. And still no call back from Veron or the service manager! More
