I had excellent service with Issac upon buying my first Lexus. I felt very welcome during my entire stay and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. Yesterday we without a doubt had the worst car buying experience we’ve ever lived through. For measure this is our 3rd Lexus, but first time buying from Lexus of Wesley Chapel. We’ve owned a slew of “lux experience we’ve ever lived through. For measure this is our 3rd Lexus, but first time buying from Lexus of Wesley Chapel. We’ve owned a slew of “luxury” branded vehicles all purchased from their respective dealerships. So as we’ve come to expect of these environments Lexus of Wesley chapel checked all the boxes in terms of the facility being impeccable and put together. Concierge ready and available upon entering and salesmen eager to sell. Even the finance manager was a dream. But once we asked about some non transparent price changes after having agreed on a deal and moved forward the new car sales director Simon openly began yelling at us in the middle of the dealership. My wife had to intervene and ask him to calm down to which he did not and he stormed away neither finishing his conversation with us nor apologizing. Had we not been so advanced on the purchase we would’ve just walked out. We had already spent the time there on the phone to insure the vehicle and were on our way to the finance office. Had they not had the exact vehicle, color combination and trim we were looking for we would have left and gone to Tampa or Orlando. We signed the documents and moved on. Reflecting on it today it was a miserable and embarrassing experience all which could have gone 5 star perfect, but after being yelled at like a child buy a grown man, i wish we would have just moved on to another dealership. But now i have the car and quite the story to tell. The Lexus product is amazing and worth every penny with that said do yourself a favor and go to another Lexus dealership and avoid this one at all costs.
