After 18 years and 300,070 miles on my 2004 Lexus GX470, I was ready for a new car. After a perfect car with nothing but gas, oil, tires, brakes and regular service, I was spoiled. Ujwal Pradhananga ( Ussa ), my sales person at Lexus of Watertown was patient as I kept looking at alternative cars, but kept coming back to get more information on the safety features and technology of the new Lexus. Ussa was a perfect guide for me as I navigated the new car buying process. After the purchase, I was impressed with the simplicity and fairness of the Lexus transfer.
