I had the best experience buying my second car from Lexus Watertown. The sales consultant , Ussa Pradhananga, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew that I was ready to buy and he guided me th Watertown. The sales consultant , Ussa Pradhananga, is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. He knew that I was ready to buy and he guided me through the process with kindness and respect . He did his best to demonstrate that my business was valuable to him and the company. I felt that I was the only client that he had, no rush , just directing me according to my needs. The finance part of the deal was exactly the same. Everything was done quickly and I was driving my new car in less than 24 hours. Flawless , fast and simple. After everything was signed and done he went through all the features of the car with me, explaining and setting up the car according to my taste. Excellent customer service, no doubt. Thank you so much! I’ll recommend it to family and friends anytime. More

Lexus of Watertown is second to none in all three phases of the game. Sales, Service and Financing are the cream of the crop. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else. The values and professionalism ex of the game. Sales, Service and Financing are the cream of the crop. I will never buy a vehicle from anywhere else. The values and professionalism extended towards me have always exceeded the levels of superior. I purchased a 23 GX 460 2 months ago at Lexus of Watertown. There were 2 minor issues after taking delivery of my vehicle. Upon my first service visit, I expressed the minor issues and without question, Amanda took care of those and treated me with the utmost dignity and respect. Lexus of Watertown is beyond lucky to have such an asset managing the service department. I look forward to all future service appointments here. Honesty, dignity, respect and values are the norm here and it is so refreshing! More

I had such a wonderful experience with Kevin Silva on my new GX 460. Kevin was professional, helpful, and kind helping me not only select but also finance my new car. This is my 5th car from Lexus of Wate new GX 460. Kevin was professional, helpful, and kind helping me not only select but also finance my new car. This is my 5th car from Lexus of Watertown and I have been overwhelmed by the level of customer service they provide. My previous cars were pre-owned and Waldy Zapata took amazing car of me. I had a pleasurable experience with Alex in Finance, he really helped me with talking through the down payment, and all of it was to my benefit. I honestly LOVE Lexus of Watertown and I will be a loyal customer for the rest of my life. More

Bought a brand new car. Has had many issues. The Manager of sales told me that it is not their fault the car was defective. If I wanted to trade it and not continue to fi Has had many issues. The Manager of sales told me that it is not their fault the car was defective. If I wanted to trade it and not continue to fix it I could do so but obviously I would be losing money! The car started having issues 5 days after i bought it and it took over a month for them to take me seriously. Imagine selling a 45k car and not being able to stand by that product and hiding behind warranty. I made the worst mistake and will never buy another Lexus . And it's pointless to contact the Lexus Corporate because they will also hide behind the warranty. You do not get what you paid for!!!! However, I truly thank Amanda and the shop foreman, Paul for being the only ones that care and have been helpful. The only ones that took my concerns seriously. Besides Amanda and Paul , overall experience has been horrible especially because I had to go there 5 times before being taken seriously. Lexus is lucky to have them. Maria kept dismissing me and acting as if I was making the issue up even though I had recordings. She kept saying the car is fine and these are just characteristic noises of a new car. Let me tell you, it wasn't normal, all brake related, very important in a car as everyone knows! I have multiple emails and appointment records to prove I tried so hard to get someone's attention. More
