I purchased a Lexus certified NX300h for my wife. She couldn't be happier with the car and several of her coworkers have commented that they though it was a new car. That highlights the level of ca She couldn't be happier with the car and several of her coworkers have commented that they though it was a new car. That highlights the level of care and attention to detail the dealership provided post sale to prepare the car for pickup. In terms of the actual purchase, it was the most straight forward car purchase I have ever made. There were no up-sales, high-pressure pitches, or expensive add-ons. My salesperson (Herb Kunins) was a straight shooter and the sale price discussed with Herb was the price on the final invoice. Post-sale Herb worked with me and around a complicated work/travel schedule to make the car available promptly even though the purchase took place over a Veterans Day weekend. I hope all my future car purchases are as smooth and pleasant as this one. More
