I have owned 2 Lexus' and have always taken them to Lexus of Valencia for serivce. I also bought both cars there. Great place! My experience with Bryan and the server draft has been friendly and respectful for the past five years when I've had a problem with my vehicle Bryan always make sure I have loaner car to take home . I brought my car (2006 RX330) to the dealer due to a recall on brakes (replace the brake master cylinder seal). The problem was fixed within a few hours and there were no charges.
