My father was buying me a car as a Christmas gift. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Art. We knew what we wanted and so he did not delay. I brought my RX400H in for the 60,000 mile service. My appointment was at 10 am, and they were ready for me, had a loaner for my use (ES350H) and I was in and out as quick as a wink.
