The service at Lexus of Valencia is great. Bryan Stover is the best and I trust him totally when I bring my car in. I know that he cares that my car leaves with everything perfect. I don't feel like I'm being pushed to "repair" things that I don't feel need repair. When Bryan tells me something needs looking at, he is always right. Working with Bryan Stover in the service department is ALWAYS first class and friendly! I wish ALL dealerships had one-on-one service guys who actually not only keep in contact with you about the repairs ALWAYS first class and friendly! It's how service for cars should be! SUPER quick in servicing your car and you'll have a comfortable lounge area with snacks/drinks and comfortable chairs while waiting for your car. Great for the weary travelers who are coming to get their cars fixed. Loaner cars have NEVER been an issue if the car is in for a long time and you need to get to your appointment! They DEFINITELY stand behind their work! Yeah, we all wish servicing the cars were free, but the pricing is very comparable to any Lexus repairs anywhere. WAY TO GO, Lexus of Valencia! More

I drive from the San Francisco Bay area to have my car serviced at Lexus of Valencia after using them while in Valencia on business. Lexus of Valencia caught repairs needed that other dealerships hadn't serviced at Lexus of Valencia after using them while in Valencia on business. John Perkins was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. It is such a pleasure to work with a car salesman who never pressured, or pushed at all. The service was good. The only thing that we did not like was that the dealer and the parts and service department acted as if they did not deal with each other, two separate entities. Which might be the ca was that the dealer and the parts and service department acted as if they did not deal with each other, two separate entities. Which might be the case, but when dealing with a customer like us, it does not settle well to bounce us back and forth saying that the parts and service department will take care of you, and having the parts and service department returning you to the dealer saying if the dealer promised you something that they need to take care of it.......A Lexus IS 250 was certified, they went through the checklist and checked everything off saying it was good to go and be certified per lexus standards. When I went though the checklist the first aid kit was missing???? That had its category of its own with a check right next to it saying it was there???? What else did they miss during the certification? This really makes you doubt what else they missed while they were performing the certification. This does not give me the piece of mind. More

I have always taken my Lexus RX350 for maintenance to Lexus of Valencia. They provide very good service. My experience with this dealer has been excellent. I've bought/leased cars from other dealers but Lexus of Valencia far exceeds them in customer service. They always have complimentary water, coke, coffee bought/leased cars from other dealers but Lexus of Valencia far exceeds them in customer service. They always have complimentary water, coke, coffee and freshly baked cookies while you wait for your car to get serviced. I've taken my leased car in for service and I haven't had to pay which was great this last time because of the holidays. You get what you expect from a luxury dealership. I recommend Lexus of Valencia to everyone I know is looking for a new car. More

This dealership has bent over backwards to help me with the purchase of my car in 2009, my son's car in 2010. The service department goes out of their way to assist with service to my vehicle and the pric the purchase of my car in 2009, my son's car in 2010. In addition to the buying and delivery experience, the follow up service has been exceptional. The car drives like a charm, I love the way it looks and handles, and I get many compliments on it whereve follow up service has been exceptional.
