Over all, the service was great. Our only issue of concern was that the (loaner) vehicle that was loaned to us was not ready to be loaned out for the day. For example, As soon as I turned on the ignit concern was that the (loaner) vehicle that was loaned to us was not ready to be loaned out for the day. For example, As soon as I turned on the ignition on the RX Hybrid the (SERVICE ENGINE OIL)display was dispayed. After arriving to our residence I checked the engine oil level which was fine but noticed that one of the above the engine plastic shield cover was missing all 6 to 7 fasteners that secure the cover down to the engine, basically leaving it un-secured. We also were not impressed with the over all cleanfullnes of the vehicle inside or out. Might want to have the returned loaner vehicles inspected prior to re use! More

This was my second purchase at Lexus of Valencia. Both times, Al was my sales-rep. I knew that I wanted to go back to Lexus because of the quality service I received my first time. I was more then pleased times, Al was my sales-rep. I knew that I wanted to go back to Lexus because of the quality service I received my first time. I was more then pleased when I found out that Al was going to be assisting me my second time around. Not only was he patient, he was very knowledgeable and eager to answer any and every question that I had. I look forward to many more years with Lexus and to seeing Al every time I take my car in for servicing. I will definitely be going back to him and his expertise for my third purchase!.. I originally came in for an oil change for my 2010 IS 250 with Bryan. He is always professional and on point. He suggested I drive the new GS while I was waiting. I met with Ken and we drove that deliciou with Bryan. He is always professional and on point. He suggested I drive the new GS while I was waiting. I met with Ken and we drove that delicious car. He then showed me the black IS250 F and I was in love. We negotiated back and forth for a couple hours and couldn't agree on a price per month for 15,000 miles per year on a lease. I left to go pay for my oil change and Ken came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. I had a great time negotiating and was treated very well. The problem came when I noticed the next day that on my paperwork the mileage had been changed to 10,000 miles per year. I called and had to track down Ken since the finance manager never returned my call. He told me that I got a great deal and that he would talk to Lewis and get back to me. Ken never got back to me and neither did Lewis. I left both of them messages via e-mail. I understand the word "no", I just don't understand the poor customer service after the sale. Ultimately double checking the paperwork is my responsibility. I know I got a great deal, I was just disappointed in the lack of follow through. Ken missed out on two more sales, my brother's IS 250 as well as my friend Lorri's. Thanks, Denise Potter More
