So in the past year and a half I have purchased two IS250's from Ken. He is the man, took care of me, no pressure and I never felt a car buying experience could be so great. Bryan does a great job to take care of my service needs, as petty as they be from time to time. The reason for this review today is not only to identify the greats but also the not so greats. My issues have been in the service side of the dealership. The service techs have a tendency to fuss with all your personal settings in your car thus having you to readjust everything when getting your car back. I as well as other people I know who have lexus' all feel the same way and it may hurt the service side of Valencia Lexus. I know someone who goes out of their way to go to another Lexus dealership further away for such reasons. The parts department too however is more of a souvenir shop. I asked them about two minor non technical questions about fsport products they sell and couldn't give me answers, referred me to the website. Really? This is the brand you sell. Lexus of Westminster has it nailed, they should partake in this huge after market. I've vested over $3000.00 so far in after markets for my IS. None of which I've purchased from Lexus of Valencia. I'd like to, but the knowledge base and supoort isn't there. Fail. Other than that I enjoy coming to Lexus of Valencia. More
I bought my first car in March 2006 and had to purchase another due to my previous car being totalled in a 3 car accident. He is so wonderful, kind and will work hard to get you what you need to drive off the parking lot with your new car. And NO PRESSURE which I really liked. Plus, Al is a likeable kinda guy anyway. I want to say that I visited Keyes Lexus Van Nuys more than once and may I say they are just terrible! They lure you in and promise you the world and then make you wait forever and then can't give you want you want - what a waste of my time! I will never buy from Keyes Lexus Van Nuys! Plus, I have heard this same story from several people about Keyes Lexus. If you want nice friendly people and no pressure - go see Al at Keyes Lexus Valencia and get your beautful car you have been wanting and waiting for. Happy New Year! Rosie More
My experience with Lexus has been outstanding thus far. I am looking forward to my future visits with Lexus. My friend did most of the legwork and worked with Michael Fleming in finding me my dream car to purchase. Michael was honest, straight forward and great to work with. He built a level of trust with us that made us feel completely comfortable. He was not going to be in the following day when I came back so he introduced me to John Perkins for my visit to help me get acquainted with my new car. John was friendly, helpful, and patient. Unfortunately my car had scratches on the rear end bumper when it was sold to me, when I found them it brought tears to my eyes. John was sympathetic to the situation, he then introduced me to Bryan Stover who helped me with fixing the scratches. He was also very friendly and helpful and it made turning in my brand new car less painful. I am absolutely impressed with your customer service and I look forward to my future servicing appointments. Thank you guys for everything! More
The salesman drove 300 miles, swapping cars with other dealers, to get me exactly the car I wanted, and it cost thousands less then I was quoted at the Keyes on Van Nuys. I can't believe that the same man dealers, to get me exactly the car I wanted, and it cost thousands less then I was quoted at the Keyes on Van Nuys. I provided the above ratings for the following reasons... 1) Dealership was not pushy - although Al was good to offer alternative suggestions, once he understood our specific desires, he remained focused 1) Dealership was not pushy - although Al was good to offer alternative suggestions, once he understood our specific desires, he remained focused on satisfying those specifics. This conveyed to us a genuine desire to please the customer, not just sales for the dealership. 2) Al was very patient and took the time to explain all of the luxury/technology features of the car and even helped set-up/personalize the Blue Tooth and Navigation systems. Al was also very polite and sincere in dealing with us. 3) Prior to delivery, the car was freshly washed, filled with gas and parked in an "exclusive" red carpet area. While these may seem like small things, this attention to detail added a "touch of class" and made us feel important to the dealership and Al personally. One more thing... we like the car too! More
