We went to buy a used a vehicle and Christopher Andrews was the Sales Associate that assisted us with our purchase. From the moment we met him he made us feel very comfortable and welcoming. He showed us the car (he had it all ready for us to see) and we knew that was the vehicle for our family. He provided us all the numbers for how much the vehicle would cost out the door. He afforded us the opportunity to take the vehicle home overnight to see if really liked the vehicle. We took the vehicle back and said we would be in touch. Christopher did not pressure us at all, answered all our questions and was so helpful. He is the consummate professional. We purchased the vehicle and have never been more pleased. He truly made the car buying process so easy. We cannot wait to go back to see him for assistance with our next vehicle purchase. We were encouraged to explore our other options, look around, and we took a few days. After comparing prices to Phoenix area dealers, price was on par, but not anything to get excited about. Kris, our salesman, was extremely nice and informative. Kris went the extra mile and worked (called & text) with us on his day off and after hours. We highly recommend Kris and will look to him again for our next car. Rick, our finance guy, was also personable. He made the "intimidating" part of the process a breeze. Previous experiences made the finance portion last a few hours; Rick made it 30 minutes! Overall, best dealership experience that we have ever encountered! More

they just dont care Good morning. I picked up my GS450h yesterday and was extremely disappointed in the condition it was returned. The carpets and seats were dirty with Good morning. The carpets and seats were dirty with mechanic greasy grime on the seats and greasy boot marks on the carpet. There were components installed incorrectly and even not at all, that I had to reinstall correctly. There are now scratches on the passenger side of the hood were mechanics usually leans into the engine compartment. My luxury car was not treated as you claim with excellent service. This vehicle has always been serviced at Lexus in California. This was my first visit to Lexus of Tucson and I found this to have been extremely disappointing to say the least! Scratches on my car! Come on! How amateuristic is that! Not putting pieces of the car back together correctly?!?! One positive note is your service greeters and staff are very pleasant but that does not overcome the fact that my Lexus was not returned in better condition than I left it. More

After a test drive, we requested that Frank not call us and he respected our request. We like to think without sales pressure and Frank honored our request which made us inclined to come back to Lexus and look at a larger vehicle that more met our needs. Frank understood what we really needed in a new vehicle and when Lexus of Tucson no longer had the color combination we wanted, they searched a wider Lexus network to find what we wanted. Other auto dealers refused to do this. This enabled us to develop a trusting relationship with Frank and the Lexus of Tucson dealership. We had been looking for a vehicle for 2 years and the willingness to go beyond the norm enabled us to reach a decision and purchase the vehicle. We are very happy with our selection and hope for a long relationship. More
