ES 350 Purchase It has been a great pleasure purchasing our 2017 ES350 from Royal Lexus at the Auto Mall. We stopped by the dealership to look at used Lexus. Kris Bow It has been a great pleasure purchasing our 2017 ES350 from Royal Lexus at the Auto Mall. We stopped by the dealership to look at used Lexus. Kris Bowman came out and asked us if he could help. We told him we were just looking and he asked a few questions which were not pushy kind of questions. He really made us feel comfortable. Just by asking us those simple questions, he said if you would like I have a car that just came in and it sounds what you may be looking for and if it would be ok to show it to us. We said sure, When he went to get the car my wife and I were kinda reluctant. When he came around the corner with the car we both said wow this may be it. The exterior/interior color, low mileage and the price range was what we were looking for. Kris Bowman asked the right questions and most importantly listened. He explained all the features without be pushy. Thank you Kris you sold us the car and we are very pleased with it. Rick Morreale made the finance part super easy and quick. He was very honest and explained options available to the loan and did not try and sell us options we did not want. If you are looking for a good used Lexus I would recommend Royal Lexus of Tucson. Just purchased an RX 450 hybrid. George Karahalios was my sales person and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The whole transaction could not have been smoother. No pressure, no excessiv sales person and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The whole transaction could not have been smoother. No pressure, no excessive sales talk, just down to earth, Straightforward communication. Damon the IT tech who explained the features of the car was very knowledgeable.. Rick in finance was great to deal with also. George also knew the features of the car inside and out. Know how the model changed over the years and really knew all the current electronic safety features. When I’m ready to buy my next Lexus, I’m calling George straight away. He is my go to person. We went to buy a used a vehicle and Christopher Andrews was the Sales Associate that assisted us with our purchase. From the moment we met him he made us feel very comfortable and welcoming. He showed us the car (he had it all ready for us to see) and we knew that was the vehicle for our family. He provided us all the numbers for how much the vehicle would cost out the door. He afforded us the opportunity to take the vehicle home overnight to see if really liked the vehicle. We took the vehicle back and said we would be in touch. Christopher did not pressure us at all, answered all our questions and was so helpful. He is the consummate professional. We purchased the vehicle and have never been more pleased. He truly made the car buying process so easy. We cannot wait to go back to see him for assistance with our next vehicle purchase.
