The attitude and level of service in both sales and service have declined dramatically. Jonathan had zero customer service skills and a 3-4 time repeat customer shouldn't have to fight to get a defective part fixed on a vehicle only 3 years old. I believe Justin the service manager stepped in and looks like he will take care of me. But, seriously my issue was totally a parts problem and a common one and should have been treated like other recalls. It had nothing to do with mileage, the vehicle is only a 2022. More
