I went to Steven to just inquire about buying a new is350 but pretty much decided on the spot that he was the guy I wanted to deal with. After I did more of my homework, I decided to go with the is and knew that Steven was the person I wanted to speak with only. With the minimal amount of time spent on paperwork, I left the dealership feeling clean and excited to drive my new baby..not dirty and scummy like some of the other dealerships around. I dont know if Steven got his training at Lexus of TO or if he was just naturally this genuine but it made for a great experience. Unlike other salespeople that I've dealt with, he's not pushy or shows any manipulative manners just to meet his sales quota. Steven was a complete gentleman when I first walked into the dealership. He offered me a bottle water since it was a hot day.
