Two gentleman - Glenn and Patrick, came to my location , changed my tire and bro call to Lexus of Southampton and Maria put me in touch with Michael. Once service was complete - all less than 1 hour, Maria called to follow up and tell me a new tire and key are in stock and ready for the next day. Unbelievable.
