This says it all: I was at a fundraiser, sitting with several women who all owned a Lexus and we were discussing how much we loved our cars, the service and Michael. We ended up saying that even if we didn't want to buy another Lexus we would ... because of Michael. He genuinely cares about pleasing his clients and gives the assurances that our cars are very well taken care of. For me, he always seems to go out of his way to please ... and, I am sure that he does that for everyone! On a scale of 1 to 5, I would give Michael a 10!!! More
This is "THE BEST" dealership EVER. Their service dept is unbelieveable.They are All Very friendly and always make me feel at home. My husband and I recently purchased our fifth Lexus from Michael Penta. There are other Lexus dealerships which are closer to our home, but we wouldn't use any other salesperson. The service Mike provides Michael Penta. There are other Lexus dealerships which are closer to our home, but we wouldn't use any other salesperson. The service Mike provides is second to none. He is knowledgable and always aims to please. Both Mike and Mitch(?) delivered our car. They explained every detail of the technology to us. I personally am slightly "technologically impaired" and they were very patient with me. Mike Penta made purchasing a Lexus a great experience. More
I purchased my Certified Pre owned Lexus a bit less than 2 yaars ago, My Salesman Nelson was great and I feel I got a fair deal. I have dealt with Michael Biscardi for all my service needs. He is always out the door to greet me when I come in for service and has taken care of any issues that I have brought to his attention. Everyone in the dealership pretty much treats me like I am a King even though I bought a used truck that now has over 80,000 miles on it. It's the best Customer service I've ever had. I am 54 and have owned many new and used cars purchased from a dealership. More

I am currently on my fourth Lexus and love it - and I love coming to Lexus of Southampton to deal with Mike when I negotiate my lease purchase and with the great team he has put together to assist with the vital aspect of service. Frank Licari is a welcoming and expert presence as head of the Service Dept. He is kind and patient as he deals with each customer. His example is contagious - everyone in that department is a pleasure to encounter as you step into the customer service area. I can't imagine buying anything but a Lexus and I can't think of buying it anywhere other than at Lexus of Southampton. More

I had a flat tire and needed to have it repaired or exchanged. I had been in touch with Mike Bisardi because I was having trouble getting to the dealership because of a family emergency. During a very tough day, Mike and his team were so nice, and so helpful, and really made a situation that could have been a hassle quite easy. They were able to repair the tire and switch it back from the spare. They were so fast and I really appreciated being taken care of so quickly and getting back to my family so quickly. More
the Dealership always treats you as an important person from the friendly greeting to the communication with the service advisor. they always wash the car so it looks great when you pick it up. We also feel that if we have any questions in the future that they will be answered quickly. Ron was a pleasure to deal with. He was very informative and made our transaction go very smoothly. This is a well-run, efficient & extraordinarily service-oriented organization. My two service visits have been a pleasure (esp. compared w/ Mercedes Benz of Southampton). Lexus of SH is lucky to have them; because of their efforts I would not take my Highlander Hybrid anywhere else. More
