Smithtown Lexus were the most friendly car dealership I ever ran into. Toni gave me the utmost respect and he was laid back and cool. Smithtown gave me almost book value for my 2009 M35x Inifiniti then Smithtown lexus placed my 2009 M35x tires on 2011 M37x b/c my tires were in better condition little things like that goes a long way with me. The atmosphere was comfortable great experience but what took the cake with me they are 15 minutes away from the Ferry so I drove my new car onto the ferry and came back to Connecticut bypassing all of NY/CT traffic. Long as Im living in CT I will buy my next car from Smithtown of Lexus. Maurice More

However, they were more than fair, very responsive and accommodating and Robert Miller was a pleasure to work with. Don't go here they will rob you the first chance they get!!! We came to this dealership to lease a 2016 NX300H. Before talking to us they said we must give a $500 deposit for them to open up a so-called file to talk to us which we would supposetly receive back if we didn't end up getting a car there. We chose a car that was fully loaded to be delivered in 2-3 days. On the 3rd day we got a call from Denise Plourde telling us that the car they found was more expensive by $500 that could be delivered in 2 days (on Thursday) which we excepted. On Wednesday Denise called again and told us that there was no way we could get a car before Saturday. We were not happy with this news postponing it day after day. We called back the dealership requesting our deposit back to our card, for which they said we must fiscally came back to do. We answered that we couldn't come there today but we will be coming tomorrow and a person to see would be Mr. Salman. However, when we came back Mr. Salman was not there instead, we were seen by manager Robert Rossworn who refused to give back the deposit saying that it cost them to get the car $400 and literary got rid of us with very bad attitude. We feel robbed and cheated from them. We don't recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. More

The Perfect Purchase! Bill DeKoning was the first person that contacted me when I inquired about a pre-owned Lexus. He was most courteous and truly graceful. I explained that I had no vehicle because of my experience in an accident that left me with a broken leg, bruised ribs, and a severe concussion. I explained my 'story' to Bill. I also said I wasn't certain whether I could follow through with a purchase. He very politely asked if he could call me in a few days; I answered in the affirmative. I had a genuine fear of driving a car let alone purchasing one. I took "baby steps" with Bill. I got up enough courage to actually drive to the dealership. Although I showed up unannounced, within a few short minutes, Bill was at my side. That brief interlude afforded me the opportunity to really look at the shiny, immaculate, beautiful cars in the showroom. We chatted briefly as he got to know my price range, and I learned more about Lexus. A few short days later, I went to test drive a gorgeous pre-owned 2004 330. "She" had only 43,000 miles on her speedometer. I was looking at an (almost) brand new car. I paid for the car, and I am now happy to say that I am a proud Lexus owner. If it weren't for Bill's persistent and polite intervention, I doubt I would be this happy with any other vehicle. He truly stands out; Bill's incredibly understanding manner facilitated my dream! More

Mr. Greene demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills as he took the time to understand the complexity of my personal situation. After assessing my situational and economical needs, we were able to collaboratively determine which vehicle to pursue. Mr. Greene offered a comprehensive overview of the NX200t prior to beginning negotiations. Mr. Greene was able to secure a fair and reasonable quote on the trade, as well as new purchase.
