He was so down to earth and pleasant to talk to, not at all like yo I went to Smithtown Lexus to look at the RC 300, I met w the manager Bob Rossworn. He was so down to earth and pleasant to talk to, not at all like your typical car salesman. He answered all of my questions (which was many) about the car, told me about their service they provide after purchases and also let me test drive the car. After not being able to decide on the purchase right then, I told Bob I would contact him the following day about my decision. Not once did I feel any pressure to purchase the car. Needless to say, I went back the next day and bought he car! From the start to the finish of my purchase I dealt with friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable people. The tech went over every feature the car has (which is a ton), and gave me his card to call in the future as well. I love my car!! And I love the whole experience through Smithtown Lexus!! Totally recommend going through them to buy a car new or used. More
