Frank goes above & beyond!!!! I’ve been a loyal customer for 13 years & I can’t think of any other delearship I rather give my business to. Going into sevice is always a smooth process with Frank whose been my service guy since I can remember, David covered for him on his days off back in the day (also exceptional service). I live out in Murrieta now & I don’t mind making the drive out for service because I know from the moment we (husband or I) call Frank he’ll handle everything. Frank answers all of our questions in detail (no rush), takes us in right away, has a loaner car ready for us and keeps us updated with our service. I recall a time when the guys forgot to wash my car & Frank in a hot summer day took it upon himself to wash it to make sure I was completely satisfied. Years ago (maybe 8), my car was ready on a Saturday afternoon & I couldn’t leave our gated community because something happened & PD had all residents in lockdown from 10AM-6PM....called Frank afraid I might get in trouble for keeping the loaner longer, no questions asked told me not to worry to take it in Monday. Little things like these go a long way when you’re customer service driven & this is exactly why we make the drive & will continue doing so, it’s difficult now days finding extraordinary customer service such as Frank’s. Now I’ve noticed a lot of changes recently. Good & bad. For instance, loaner cars -will only address this one because it bugs me the most. The first time I went in for service after I’m assuming new ownership loaner car department was refusing to loan me a vehicle, they wanted to Uber me instead. Really? Try ubering me to Murrieta back and forth! Thank God Frank got involved. Now this Saturday, I told Frank husband & I are expecting our first child (I’ve been looking at SUVs) so for a loaner we wanted try out a bigger car such as an RX (already tried out the NX) because baby is due in December and we’ve purchased all of our Lexus’s during December to remember so he put in the request. I didn’t witness this (I was in the restroom), but my husband was really upset at the loaner car lady (young girl, first time I see her). She brought out a sedan (not sure which) & Frank walked by & said “I’m sorry I must have forgotten to put it in the notes” & asked her to loan us an RX now instead doing as she was told or going behind closed doors to argue with him, she was combative & gave him attitude in front of my husband & other customers. My husband was embarrassed for Frank & thankful as well. We got an RX450 Hybrid which we both loved & are seriously contemplating purchasing in December - all thanks to Frank. He clearly knows going the extra mile for customers brings in more business - very savvy I must say. I’ve worked in customer service for years & rather make a drive to get the service I deserve than go to the closest delearship. Ask for Frank you won’t regret it! More

No pressure visiting Lexus salesman. They are always honest when it comes to asking for special deals but made sure if my request in lowering the car price a couple hundred bucks on final sale. I rate them a five. Stars. Since I walked out a happy car buyer. Waiting room in this dealership has danish and premium latte and espresso available. Lexus representatives especialy Eick and Victior holds its promise and delivers quality service. Mr. A More

The car was ready and waiting for us when we arrived. Our salesperson, Jake Schanback was knowledgeable and attentive. The car was listed at a fair price and the dealership exceeded our expectations. Car buying can be a frustrating thing, but Lexus of Riverside production video incredible service and made the experience excellent. I would highly recommend visiting them. More

Service Department needs help in the personal skills area Our family has been long time customers of this dealership. The sales people in general have treated us very well. However over the last several vis Our family has been long time customers of this dealership. The sales people in general have treated us very well. However over the last several visits we have seen a decline in the way the service department treats us. It feels very impersonal, and to the point when you come to pick up your car, they greet you but its almost like how fast can we get him out of here attitude. Its very impressive with the technology of computerized reporting and everything, but every once in a while it is nice to talk to someone, not necessarily watch a video that they send me, or look at a form that tells me that everything is okay. It is obvious to me what is going on here. The less time they spend with the customer frees them up to do something else to bring more money in. This is the way it seems anyway. So speed is of the essence, and the quality of the conversation that is had with the customer is out the window for sure. These are my feelings. More
