I was researching on the internet and Jake Schanback from Lexus called me. I was surprised to get a call but he was so pleasant and understanding, I agreed to come in and see what they had. It was the easiest thing I have ever done. It was like shopping with a friend. I wasn’t nervous or even hesitant to take a test drive of the RX350. I felt like I already owned the car. The RX 350 is awesome. When I got back he printed up the paperwork and I went home to think it over. NO pressure, No hassles. When we came back in I wanted to look at another color (same car). He brought it down and it was waiting with a Big Red bow on it. I ended up buying the original color Atomic Silver and it is stunning. Then we went to Danny, the finance guy. I just knew here is where it was going to get stressful. Nope. The second nicest guy in the company. We were in and out of the dealer in less than 2 hours.
