Service consultants -Poor service It took me three days calling and leaving messages to speak with a service consultant. I was given an appointment for two days later. A day prior to It took me three days calling and leaving messages to speak with a service consultant. I was given an appointment for two days later. A day prior to my appointment, one of the several service consultants I had left a message with, finally returned my calls, (Too Late) I dropped off my car and received a message from my service consultant a couple hours later with results from a diagnosis. It took five calls to the consultant and two email messages and two days, to finally be able to actually speak with the consultant whom was taking care of my car. More

Sam and Jacob were a pleasure to work with. Their knowledge and care for the customer are 1st class. They made our car buying experience smooth and easy. Sam spoke to us over the phone, communicated thru text and emailed us back and forth. She researched to find the exact car we wanted. She worked with us to get to the agreed price before we ever stepped foot in the dealership. When we finally met Sam at the dealership, she worked late to help guide us in picking out the car that was the best fit for what we wanted. Jacob was efficient and very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly. He had the vehicle delivered to our home where all of our questions were answered, our phones were paired to the vehicle, set up the entrance gate and garage door remotes,and made sure we were familiar with the cars amazing features.
