A satisfactory experience except for the salesperson Alex. He got an attitude with me because I was not too fond of the language on the paperwork he wanted me to sign. I was using funds from my own cred Alex. He got an attitude with me because I was not too fond of the language on the paperwork he wanted me to sign. I was using funds from my own credit union. He said, it was authorization for them to run my credit because they needed to verify me since I wasn't using their services for funding. When I told him I was wasn't comfortable doing that because I didn't like the wording in the agreement and that I noticed that he had already ran my credit and I hadn’t signed the paper yet. I told him since he had already ran my credit he could verify my information from that report and I wanted to see it. Still, I didn't want them shopping other banks for financing the vehicle I was purchasing, and I noted to him that's What the paperwork states. Even though he said they wouldn't do that, I wanted it in writing. Since I liked the vehicle and was purchasing it for my son and his family. I marked out the words and noted I disagreed. Once we got through all of Alex's attitude, which he didn't think we noticed. The rest of the transaction went very quickly. Oh! My son and his wife love their new vehicle. More
