HE WAS VERY PATIENTINFORMED AND REALLY WORKED WITH US TO MEET OUR NEEDS. WE HAD A VERY AWSOME EXPERINCE, VERY DIFFERENT FROM OTHER PLACES I BOUGHT CARS FROM, THEIR IS A DIFFERENCE WHEN YOU GO TO A FIRST CLASS ORGINIZATION. ALSO ARMANDO GONXALES WHO IS ANOTHER WORKER THEIR WHO HANDLES QUESTIONS ISSUES WAS GREAT AS WELL VERY INFORMED AND KIND. THEY HAVE WONDERFUL REFRESHMENTS WHILE YOU WAIT AND LITERAUE TO READ WHILE YOU ARE WAITING FOR YOUR VECHILE. Our first impression to Lexus of Queens was spectacular. The delearship is beautiful then we met our Salesperson, Henry Chan. Before we left we were greeted by the new car Sales Manager, Richard. Everything was very comfortable, no pressure, very professional and it gave us the confidence to return to Henry when we're ready. Needless to say, we returned the next weekend and we were greeted by Henry. This time we came back because we decided on a Certified Pre-owned. Although it wasn't a new car, Henry still gave us his undivided attention and answered all the questions we had. We found the right color combination we wanted with the right package, negotiated an excellent price and put a down payment on it. Henry got the car prep and we received delivery the next business days. Overall, the transaction was excellent. The staffs and managers were all very professional and accommodating.
