Before we left we were greeted by the new car Sales Manager, Richard. Everything was very comfortable, no pressure, very professional and it gave us the confidence to return to Henry when we're ready. Needless to say, we returned the next weekend and we were greeted by Henry. This time we came back because we decided on a Certified Pre-owned. Although it wasn't a new car, Henry still gave us his undivided attention and answered all the questions we had. We found the right color combination we wanted with the right package, negotiated an excellent price and put a down payment on it. Henry got the car prep and we received delivery the next business days. Overall, the transaction was excellent. The staffs and managers were all very professional and accommodating. We would definitely return to Lexus of Queens for our next Lexus and recommend this dealership to all our friends. More
