Being due for a new vehicle in the middle of the busiest season for myself was giving me stress and anxiety. But as soon as I got a hold of Dmitry, laid out for him exactly what I was looking for, asked for some advice, and listened to what he had to say, it was smooth sailing. In addition to the ease of the transaction, the pickup appointment was very smooth as well. I believe I was out the door within an hour including a demo of the car features, signing paperwork, having a bagel and coffee, and a little bit of small talk. Which I've never experienced in the other Lexus dealer (Brooklyn and Rockville).. I told him what I was interested in (over my budget tho) and asked him if they can meet me within my budget with fees etc included.. he never told me No.never said ih that wont work. he said he will try his best ... spoke to his manager ... and guess what ... I got the car...did I mentionedthst thiscqas end of the day and he Never rushed me.. . am so happy.. Gohar was my sales person. She was very informative and thorough with reviewing the car and it's features regardless of what I knew of the car beforehand. She made our experience seamless and I knew that I would be making my purchase with her. I explained to her my negative experience and she apologized for the other location and assured me I would not have the same experience with her. She ordered my car went over my lease options and put my mind at ease. She handled everything from A to Z and made sure everything was clear before I left. We visited a dealership in NJ near our home but the customer service was lacking; they were unprofessional and aggressive. We found a car online at Lexus of Queens and Dmitry reached out to us. He was professional and respectful from the very beginning. He was upfront about everything, confirmed there were no hidden costs and even texted photos of the car! We went on a Saturday to check it out and test drive it. We had our 1 year old son with us and Dmitry made sure he was entertained. Our bank was closed on Saturday but Dmitry and his manager worked with us to ensure we could get the car the following Monday. The transaction went so smoothly because they are extremely professional and do not play games. Dmitry could have sold us the car without us seeing it, that’s how professional and respectful he was.
