Great Customer Service is the KEY! Dimitry... what can I say, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I walked into the Dealership, on a whim.. got assigned to Dimitry, told him what I was looking for Dimitry... what can I say, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH! I walked into the Dealership, on a whim.. got assigned to Dimitry, told him what I was looking for and my budget.. he never tried to sell me something that was more than I asked for .. took me around the lot and showed me my options. Which I've never experienced in the other Lexus dealer (Brooklyn and Rockville).. I told him what I was interested in (over my budget tho) and asked him if they can meet me within my budget with fees etc included.. he never told me No.never said ih that wont work. he said he will try his best ... spoke to his manager ... and guess what ... I got the car...did I mentionedthst thiscqas end of the day and he Never rushed me.. . am so happy.. And Dimitry .. thank you for helping me.. and fir never making me feel like I couldn't afford it , and for not making me feel like a luxury car wasnt for me..like the other 2 dealers I've mentioned... thank you for your kindness and for always being courteous..... thank you also to Greg ! 5-Star Service I had left a deposit with another dealership, but the salesman left a bad impression and I decided to take my business elsewhere From the moment my I had left a deposit with another dealership, but the salesman left a bad impression and I decided to take my business elsewhere From the moment my family and I walked into Lexus of Queens we were met with smiles and professional services. Gohar was my sales person. She was very informative and thorough with reviewing the car and it's features regardless of what I knew of the car beforehand. She made our experience seamless and I knew that I would be making my purchase with her. I explained to her my negative experience and she apologized for the other location and assured me I would not have the same experience with her. She ordered my car went over my lease options and put my mind at ease. She handled everything from A to Z and made sure everything was clear before I left. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. I would definitely send anyone looking for a Lexus to Queens. I promptly contacted the previous dealership and cancelled my deposit. Converted Lexus owner! We bought a Lexus a week ago after having major issues and terrible customer service with another luxury brand. We visited a dealership in NJ near We bought a Lexus a week ago after having major issues and terrible customer service with another luxury brand. We visited a dealership in NJ near our home but the customer service was lacking; they were unprofessional and aggressive. We found a car online at Lexus of Queens and Dmitry reached out to us. He was professional and respectful from the very beginning. He was upfront about everything, confirmed there were no hidden costs and even texted photos of the car! We went on a Saturday to check it out and test drive it. We had our 1 year old son with us and Dmitry made sure he was entertained. Our bank was closed on Saturday but Dmitry and his manager worked with us to ensure we could get the car the following Monday. The transaction went so smoothly because they are extremely professional and do not play games. Dmitry could have sold us the car without us seeing it, that’s how professional and respectful he was. We highly recommend Dmitry and Lexus of Queens and hope to be back soon!! More

I feel Like I was selling myself a Car I waited on the floor for the salesperson I was assigned to for at least 10 minutes. No even one employee come and ask me if they can help me mine y I waited on the floor for the salesperson I was assigned to for at least 10 minutes. No even one employee come and ask me if they can help me mine you I was the only one customer on the floor. After what seems to be forever, the front desk clerk introduced me to Mr. Sanichar and said he will be helping me since the other guy is busy. I explain to Mr. Sanichar that I was looking for an RX450H. I also told him that I came to this dealership because I wanted the revenue to stay in queens although I live closer to a dealership in Long Island. He showed me a car which was about to be pick up. I was not even offered a test drive. Beside telling me that the car was fully loaded no other information was offered. He took me to a waiting room and and talked about the price. When I asked him about what deals was going on on the RX, He said none. I had to inform him on the special rate. He told me in order to give me more info, He had to run my credit. I assured him that my credit was excellent. He said that wasn't the point. I let him know that the last time I bought a car, the dealership was able to tell me the monthly payment base the rate and and my down payment and it is subjected to change once my credit report is run. He told me thing is not done like this here. At this point I was aggravated. I even ask him he if wanted to sale a car. He proceed to tell me that a if I was to go to a bank and ask for loan they not be able to tell me the rate until they run my credit. I told him that he was wrong because when I was refinancing my home the bank was able to tell me the monthly payment base the rate and and it is subjected to change once my credit report is run. Once he heard I had a house, he then ask me how much I was putting down on the car. He went to his manager and came back with the information that I wanted. I told him I had a headache for the way I have been treated here. If he had apologize, I would have gotten the vehicle from him. I was so upset by the treatment I received I was unable to sleep. I sent a text to the person from the marketing department whom I have been texting back and forth about the car and explain my experience to them. If they had apologize on his behalf, I would still get the car. I heard nothing back than I went to ATLANTIC Lexus of 110 where I was treated like a princess and bought my 2019 RX450h. Seriously your employees should reach out o ATLANTIC Lexus of 110 so they can teach them customer service. More
