Poor communication as to the status of my vehicle. Nobody to ld me i wasn't getting a new bumper bar after being told that initially. Customer service is very bad. Are appointments necessary? The service at this Lexus dealership has always been a hit or miss. I am writing this review because they have asked me to do so. Appointment was made for regular scheduled maintenance. Oil change and tire rotation was the service to be made on my vehicle. Two hours and twenty five minutes for this to completed is unacceptable. Places like jiffy lube advertise 15 min. Of course I am not comparing the two in the sense of workers skills and what not but we all know that an oil change and tire rotation should not be 2 hours and 25 minutes. Waste of time. Oh and the service advisor wasn’t what you would call “happy”. Maybe he was having a bad day. Next time please don’t close the door on me. Won’t say who it was because that would be wrong for any one to single out a worker. But I’m sure you know who you are. More

Service for Lexus I did not have an appointment, but I drove in for service. The rep said no problem, they will take care of the service. In about 1.5hours, the service I did not have an appointment, but I drove in for service. The rep said no problem, they will take care of the service.
