Accidents such as scratches can happen at any dealership, we have and will continue to fix any issues that we can. How ever we are unable to extend Mrs Palencia's warranty or anyone else's due to scratches.

Lexus of Pembroke Pines consistently damaged my vehicle almost every time I took it in for service (I have the service records to prove it) and their reply is "accidents happen." My car was damaged multiple times. That's not an accident. That's a pattern. By the way, I asked the service manager, Osiris Barcelo, to either reimburse me to have the scratches repaired at another dealership or extend my car warranty to 100,000 miles (the dealership sells extended warranties).
