The person hey checked my car was new, but did a good job handling everything. The problem was when I got my car back, there were greasy footprints on the rugs driver side. John was extremely detailed and checked my warranty information. Once car was ready and I went to pick it up, cashier could not find me in computer. Had to wait. Once car was brought to me, the per information. Once car was ready and I went to pick it up, cashier could not find me in computer. Had to wait. Once car was brought to me, the person that brought it to me had mud in his boot and left my carpet super discusting and dirty. Once I mentioned it to him, I didn’t receive an apology. I’mused to JM Lexus were plastic and paper are covering the inside of the car for protection of Covid-19. Here, my car had nothing. I had to wipe it down from the person that brought it to me which was not even wearing gloves! More
