The response from manager? “these things happen”; only reason I would return, is for warranty service but even that they couldn’t fix; still waiting for part More

Besides the excellent job in service as well as it was during the sales process, from the constructive perspective I would like to recommend the dealer to put more attention in the Car Wash, that is the last step of the process and not really critical... but when I bought the car there were not enough car wash employees and received the car after a huge delay 9:00 pm on Satirday with a 1/2 wash quality and a lot of dust details... now at the 5K service everything was very good except again the car was not well washed. Hope next time they take more time to wash it accordingly to a Lexus high standards. More
