Check your vehicle before leaving the service department I got my Lexus here 7 months ago and the sales guy who sold me the car is awesome and very nice and the finance department who handled my paper work a I got my Lexus here 7 months ago and the sales guy who sold me the car is awesome and very nice and the finance department who handled my paper work as well was very nice and sweet they have some amazing people there. They were very kind and respectful. I would recommend people to this Lexus dealership to get a car only but not to get their car service. The only problem I have is with the service department. A service advisor was covering for someone I always go to when I first got my car there and he provided poor customer service he didn’t acknowledge what my concerns were and acted like I didn’t know what I was talking about. When they returned my car to me after it was serviced it had scratches on it. Some guy said he was going to review the tape and snatched the paper out of hand I knew right then in there I needed to speak with a supervisor. The guy stated when he reviewed the tape he didn’t see any scratches on my vehicle but also stated the camera wasn’t clear and that for all he knows I could have brought the car there with scratches on it. I was appalled by his statement. My car is practically still brand new smh it’s not even a year yet. He was very rude and I would not want him touching my car ever again. I work too hard to finally get a car I always wanted to get scratches on it like I was given this car for free for anyone to be so careless. The supervisor came out and he was very nice and spoke with me to get my car fixed for the previous complaint I had and also to get those scratches buffed out. Unfortunately it took up most of my day and I had places to be and to see the scratches were still there. It looked like they tried to buff it out some came off and some didn’t. I am so disappointed I kinda wish I never got my car serviced at that dealership. I spoke with the supervisor again he was suppose to get back with me but haven’t yet. This is not a good look for this dealership at all. That’s the reason for the 3 stars other than that the dealership is a great place to get a Lexus. More

Maintenance Service I made an online appointment for 7:45an to have my vehicle serviced. I needed a loaner for an hour and was told that they were all reserved and I was I made an online appointment for 7:45an to have my vehicle serviced. I needed a loaner for an hour and was told that they were all reserved and I was unable to. I advised that the online reservation system never had the option of reserving a loaner. First of all, I got in at 7:45am and would have been back by 8:45am so I could have used the car reserved for the person coming in at even 11am. I had to leave and come back. Second of all there should be a notification online that if a loaner is needed that a call to the service department is required and minimum 2 week notice. Thirdly, the “complimentary car wash” that is preached/ promised during the sales process doesn’t apply to this dealership as it is out of order and only services vehicles that are taken in for service. You are told to go to another dealership which happens to be 20 miles away from Lexus of Pembroke Pines. Really???? Just for car wash? After my maintenance service my vehicle was washed but the rims were still dirty. Not good! All in all I am not very happy with the care I have received from Lexus of Pembroke Pines “Elite”dealership. Thank you. More

10k service on GX460 I have owned and serviced vehicles here for past ~9 years. All sales experiences have been very positive- Sammy is great. This past service appt was also quite good though a few points for feedback. 1- this dealership is soooo busy but I knew that and asked for an appt with a loaner vehicle. Well worth the wait if you can do that. Sunpass included, gas included, awesome. Otherwise wait times are extensive. 2- I asked for a detailing, which I intended to pay for (it’s reasonably priced). Service advisor comp’d it which was super nice, thank you Scott! Since it was free, I’m not complaining but if I had paid for it, there were several points of improvement... Windows were very cloudy/ filmy, cup holder was still pretty dirty, outside had lots of water marks and residue of bugs from last road trip. If it had been the usual wash provided with service I wouldn’t have even mentioned these things. But if this was a detailing job someone paid full price for, yeah it could have been a bit better. Still very happy with this dealership though and would recommend it to anyone. More
