Once we established that the problem was a new issue, things went smoothly. I am please with the car pick up and drop off service. My new car has been in the shop for days. I drove it all of 3 days before i had to bring it in for a faulty windshield. I was given zero information and no one calls with updates. They have had my car a wee of 3 days before i had to bring it in for a faulty windshield. I was given zero information and no one calls with updates. They have had my car a week! I have to stalk my sales person to get any information. I will never buy a car here again. Which is sad because my sales person was great. The people who answer the phone in service was super rude as well. I’m appalled. I never had this issue with Toyota. More
