Brake System Failure When this warning light came on the dashboard, I immediately took the car to the Lexus dealer as instructed. They immediately assessed the problem and explained that it would be several days before I would be receiving my car. I was provided a loaner for which I was very grateful for. I went back to retrieve my car at the height of the onset of the Pandemic and it was ready for me to pick up. More

Very bad customer service Wait at least more than 3 hours just for an oil change. The service Department employees NOT friendly at all. Silver IS 250 I was very pleased with the service I received at Pembroke Pines Lexus.
