Just because of Juan, I didn't complain much as he worked with me and management and get it settled. but the issue could be a bigger one if I dig deeper. I towed the car as it stopped while driving and didn't start again. Service team kept the car for 3-4 days and mentioned that there is nothing wrong with it but battery just needs to be charged. While the car was at the service, I told them to change the weather strips for the windows and they did by keeping the car for another week and half as the parts needs to be shipped. Then I got a call saying that the car has an issue, the side mirror was broke and alternator needs to be changed as the car was not starting ( as the car had brand new battery) and check engine light was on. when the car was at the dealer for more than 15 days, I don't know if there was any mishandling done at the service center or if the car was not checked properly during the initial diagnosis but I ended up paying for the alternator and they took care of the broker mirror assuming it was broken at the service place. So I am not sure about the complete story but Juan was talking to his manager and getting credits where applicable but I think the service team should have done better job during the initial diagnosis. Anyway, I have been doing the service at this place for many years and I think overall its a better place to get service as I don't get unnecessary charges for every visit which is why I kind of ignore these one time issues. More

This dealership, and in particular their service department is horrible. Because of the awful service, I will never buy another Lexus. Mixed review how I feel about this Appointment. I was referred by a good friend of My Daughter to this location... she was very nice and understood what my car needs were. After taking my car appointment inf asked me to sit outside to wait. Which I did. After 1/2 hr later a service advisor came to greet me. And i asked me to wait . I asked if i wait outside or inside lobby?? He replied inside i could. I told him that Juan asked to wait outside. So the advisor immediately asked him why he had me sitting outside?? He lied telling him that he never told me that. That he had given me a choice and that got me upset! And he was very argumentative with me as well... juan being a valet manager behaving like this with customers?? Very unprofessional!😡. My advisor Carlos was great. I was seen timely and my car was serviced less than an hour. However, i waited for 30 minutes for the car at the pick up area because a tech mistakenly took my car.
