When l got my vehicle serviced horrible experience they lost the paperwork for my vehicle. Had me waiting almost 5 hrs when l went to complain they asked me to wait then told me they were 2 hours behind sc lost the paperwork for my vehicle. Had me waiting almost 5 hrs when l went to complain they asked me to wait then told me they were 2 hours behind schedule with the morning appointment vehicles. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 pm l was on time and didn't leave until after 4:30 pm when l went to complain again that's when they told me some crazy about lost paperwork TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE TO ME!!! More
