I usually go to this dealer but last time the service was terrible. First I called for an appt and they set me with a different advisor, so I requeated my advisor who I aleays see and they set it right, but terrible. First I called for an appt and they set me with a different advisor, so I requeated my advisor who I aleays see and they set it right, but I got there, and had to wait for a few minutes, Someone finally came out and told me my advisor was at lunch, that they will take my car and he will call me later. They told me my oil change was going to take an hour. They didn’t have loaners so I had to take an Uber home to wait an hour. Then no one called me after an hour so I called to ask for the status of my oil change and no one was able to give me an answer. I was transferred 2 times and the lady on the phone had No idea. So I decided to go back to pick up my car. I got there another 30 minutes later to give them more time. They told me my car was ready. It has been 1.5 hours. But then they made me wait one more hour. It took them exactly 2.5 hours. Listen, if that was the case, then tell me from the beginning. But don’t tell me 1 hour and be done 2.5 hours later, that is just not ok. Tell me 3 hours and be done in 2.5. And last but nit least, I asked the guy to check the start engine button and they “forgot”. Now I have to make another appt to get this check. Looks like I will be going to another Lexus. The Pembroke Pines one lately is not very good communicating with their clients. More
