It's an older location so dated... but the service was better than other locations but not without hiccups. I was given a loaner that had an awful smell and was a very small car l200 in comparison with my better than other locations but not without hiccups. I was given a loaner that had an awful smell and was a very small car l200 in comparison with my RX 350L but they did a great job with the detailing and servicing the car. So happy with that. The cashiers, service department and staff were courteous. I do expect with Lexus a bit more than with other dealerships and think there is room for improvement regarding perks and providing elite customer service.
