I was not greeted or treated the way I would expect from a luxury car dealership. It was my first time & I didn’t know where to go. No one was helpful when I dropped the car off. My service advisor was fransciso he was very rude. He stated to me that he was a straight shooter and that he knows his job whe. I asked a question.
