Took 2 hours of waiting time to complete the regular maintenance service. Had I known that it would take that long, I would have opted for transportation during service. There is no option for requestin maintenance service. Had I known that it would take that long, I would have opted for transportation during service. There is no option for requesting loaner car and when requested during the visit, it was rejected and told that they do not encourage loaner services. Service consultant was polite and good to work with. The wash was not adequate and left significant stains. More

I returned right away then 10 mins after they fixed it but the console was cracked. I have very high praise for this dealership but im not seeing the same level of service when i had my first car here. I feel like quality of service had gotten lower in my opinion again amazing brand but not seeing quality and value of money anymore More
