I have always driven Toyota. Was a customer of Weston Toyota for 10 years. Always received top notch customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for Lexus of Pembroke Pines. I Brought my car in 3 times - the collision center when someone backed into me, fix the recall and a new tire when I ran over a nail. Was there 30 min..diagnostic on hybrid battery! Only checked sensor not the battery. Wanted me to but a new battery for $6,900! Charged me $207! Didn’t honor my service contract deductible!
